Jesse is a fully certified EV technician with over 20 years of structural collision repair and damage assessments, as well as a Twin Cities firefighter with over 18 years of experience. He owned and operated a vehicle manufacturer and EV certified collision center for over 8 years with Cathy. Jesse’s collision center was I-Car Gold Glass certified for various vehicle manufacturers including Rivian, GM, Nissan, Corvette, Ford, Stellantis (RAM, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge), and Hyundai. Utilizing his experiences, Jesse is now passionate and committed to encourage safe training and response practices for Electric Vehicles in a changing vehicle environment. When Jesse is not working, he enjoys camping and traveling with his family, and trips in his International Travelall.
Aaron has over 8 years of experience as a firefighter and has two years experience managing collision center operations. Aaron has his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has over 15 years experience in human factors, safety management systems, quality assurance, and crew resource management. He has several publications and professional presentations focusing on emotional states impacting error rates, positive thinking, and generational differences towards crew resource management practices. He has owned and operated small businesses for 4 years, and holds his private and UAV pilots license. In his free time, Aaron enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
Cathy has over 20 years of experience in automotive and heavy duty collision repair management and processes. Cathy owned and operated a vehicle manufacturer and EV certified collision center for over 8 years with Jesse. Cathy is passionate about ensuring training is properly completed with correct practices and information, advocates for safe first responder practices, and is excited to bring her expertise to supporting first responders in environments involving Electric Vehicles. In her free time, Cathy enjoys wake surfing, boating, horseback riding, and traveling with her family.
Beau has over 10 years experience as a Twin Cities firefighter. He is an automotive specialist who has completed Salvage Wire’s accredited training on the Safe Handling of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles. Beau specializes in heavy duty truck chassis repair and has provided props and equipment for training on heavy truck extrications for multiple fire departments. Beau also brings over 20 years of experience as an owner/operator of his own truck business. Beau appreciates the inner beauty of old cars, attending car shows, and spending time with family and friends at his hobby farm in his spare time.
