Fire Department Training Services

 Our specialized training service equips firefighters with the critical skills and strategies needed to safely and effectively handle emergencies involving electric vehicles (EVs). This comprehensive program is designed to address the unique challenges posed by EV hazards.

Classroom training providing evidence-based research for participants.  We focus on topics including: EV 101, primary and secondary hazards, fire and extrication concerns, EV scene management, environmental concerns, HAZMAT concerns, EV vehicle transport, and chain of custody protocols.  Training can be in-person or remotely.

We bring the training to you combining the classroom training with a unique hands-on experience. Mobile training unit contains an EV on a lift, high voltage EV parts, EV Emergency Response Guide examples, a residential Battery Energy Storage System, and a Tesla to allow participants to get their hands on. We also train on EV fire blanket deployment and carry EV fire blankets with us for purchase, at a discounted price when purchased with training.
